Our primary audience comprises individuals with chronic or permanent disabilities, illnesses, or injuries that result in long-term inability to functionally integrate into their communities.

We envision a future where those who have been involuntarily sidelined by their limitations feel truly J.I.B.E.D. (see below) with others—empowered to achieve their dreams:

1. Justice: Promoting programs that treat groups sidelined by functional limitations more fairly while teaching them to advocate more effectively for themselves.

2. Inclusion: Promoting project designs that engage this group as end users, genuinely listening to their voices and actively including both their perspectives and participation in creating new solutions.

3. Belonging: Prioritizing efforts fully integrating this group into their communities and demonstrating that they are welcomed and accepted as active, contributing members.

4. Equity: Prioritizing initiatives that actively accommodate and elevate individuals from this demographic as successful participants, peers, and leaders.

5. Diversity: Embracing approaches that foster meaningful interaction between people with and without disabilities, while honoring a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and lived experiences.
